Chris has been cooking professionally for more than 20 years now and has a wealth of experience in the world of catering. During his career he has worked onboard luxury private yachts and in private households around the world, in internal restaurants, hotels and in luxury ski chalets. In these jobs he was expected to plan, prepare, host and cook for some of the richest people in the world, so throwing dinner parties and creating amazing cuisine has become a real passion that he loves to excel in.

During his career he has cooked for the likes of Prince Harry, Lord Sugar (and didnt get fired!), Jacques Villeneuve and Dannii Minogue, to name just a few.

Now that he is based in Edinburgh as a Freelance chef he cooks privately for dinner parties and in shooting lodges on a regular basis and he works part-time as a chef trainer and demonstration chef for industrial catering equipment companies. On top of this he works as a catering consultant working with restaurants and online diet and detox organisations, writing recipes and menu plans. He also is a fully certified Integral CoachTMand coaches business clients on how to excel in their careers through developing key skills and capacities in their lives and workplace.

In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, meditation, reading and spending time with his wife and business coaching partner Helena Alder.
